Connect your Lightspeed with 10seat

Follow these steps to connect your Lightspeed POS to 10Seat.

1. Enable the POS integration

Before connecting, you need an active POS integration subscription.

1. Go to Backoffice

2. Open Settings → Add-ons

3. Subscribe to the POS integration

Once enabled, a Lightspeed POS settings page will appear.

2. Connect to Lightspeed

Go to Backoffice → POS Settings → Lightspeed

1. Click Connect to Lightspeed

2. You’ll be redirected to Lightspeed

3. Sign in and approve access

After signing in, you’ll be redirected back to 10Seat.

The connection will be confirmed automatically.

3. Map your tables

Once connected:

• Your Lightspeed floors and tables are imported automatically

• Link each Lightspeed table to a 10Seat table

4. You’re ready to go

Once the mapping is complete:

• The integration is active

• Tables are linked

• 10Seat and Lightspeed are fully in sync

Good to know

• If tables are missing, check your mapping

• Changes to seated reservations must be done in Lightspeed POS

• Reservations are not pushed to lightspeed. They remain managed in 10Seat
